Volunteering at the school is a fantastic way to deepen your bond to your child's daily routine, by getting an inside glimpse into where they spend their days and the staff that nurture their learning efforts.
A new Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required from the OPP each calendar year in order to volunteer at the awesome events we have throughout the year at St. MTCS.
If you are considering volunteering at the school - whether it's a one-time thing with your child's class, special events held by the school or weekly / monthly positions you will require a new VSC at some point in the upcoming school year.
Please consider reaching out to [email protected] and requesting a Volunteer Letter. If you submit this letter and apply for your VSC at Ontario Provincial Police - Police Record Checks (opp.ca), as soon as possible, you will be covered for the entire 2024-2025 school year.
